Expiry date and CVV conventions

Expiry: use any date in the future, e.g. 12/2030. Test cards do not really expire.
CVV/CVC: any 3 digits for Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners and JCB.
Amex CID: any 4 digits — Amex security codes are 4 digits, not 3.
Postal/ZIP: some gateways test AVS with specific ZIP codes; check your provider's docs.
